Whilst everything around me
Stays the same:
The dogs are walking
Cats are purring.

I look around
and nothing feels
the same it ever did.

It seems to me
that somethings changed
right on the inside,
right on the inside of me.

Currents changing,
Rivers raging,
Inside me, inside me.
You pushed me in
and made me swim
You changed the channel boy,
You changed it all.

The people's faces stare
and they don't care
because their world's
the same it was last night.

But mine's not right
There's war in here,
There's more to fear
Than just another fight.
